Is there a free trial?
Yes. Starter and Pro plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. The Free tier is free forever — no trial, no expiration.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through Stripe, our secure payment processor. All payments are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your recipes and ingredient data are never deleted. If you downgrade to a plan with lower limits, your existing data becomes read-only. You can still view and export everything, but you will need to upgrade to add new recipes beyond the plan limit.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Annual plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Billing is prorated automatically.
